RADWomen is a volunteer-driven organization, made possible because people the world over share our mission: to move the needle on gender diversity in technology by providing learning opportunities to women. Our work comes in many forms, from our caring developer coaches, to volunteers giving time to work on our internal processes, to generous sponsors.
